Our EPS Concierge has been my team member since I started using this service and he has made the experience immensely smooth. He always responds to emails promptly, reminds me of upcoming refills and also informs me if there are delays. He also checks to make sure the packages have arrived safely. I am so grateful for the excellent service he is providing.
